The Merge Apprenticeship Training Program is a workforce development initiative designed to empower underserved young adults (ages 18–28), including system-impacted individuals and transitioning foster youth, with industry-recognized certifications and hands-on training in high-demand trades such as Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Automated Machinery, and Solar Installation.
Over a 60-day program period, participants will gain both theoretical and practical experience, with compensation and transportation support ensuring equitable access and retention.
