Who Are We?
Merge Opportunities is a nonprofit workforce development organization dedicated to empowering underserved community members, system-impacted individuals, and transitioning foster youth ages 18–28. We provide employment training and career placement resources to help individuals build sustainable careers and achieve long-term economic stability. In addition to job readiness support, we connect our participants with essential resources such as financial literacy education, apprenticeship opportunities, and housing assistance to ensure they have the tools needed to thrive.

Help individuals in underserved communities navigate barriers to the workforce by preparing them for employment and connecting them with employer partners that will provide them with career opportunities.

Since April 11th, 2023, Merge has successfully placed over two hundred members from underserved communities into meaningful career opportunities. This includes transitional age foster youth, young adults transitioning from recovery, individuals reentering society, and parents returning to the workforce after caring for a sick child. The barriers these individuals face can be overwhelming and confusing. To address this, Merge, along with several charity partners, has stepped in to bridge the gap, connecting them with companies eager to make a positive impact.
