    DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING - QUEEN MARY

    Quentin brings over 35 years of sales experience to the board and is currently the Director of Sales and Marketing for the Queen Mary in Long Beach CA. Quentin’s passion has helped cultivate positive team environments and long-term industry relationships. He has a history of leading successful hotel sales efforts in Long Beach and brings in depth knowledge to the board.

    Quentin has an extensive list of hobbies, including classic cars, motorcycles, and triathlons. He lives in Long Beach with his wife Wendy and their two doxies.

  • Sarah Cameron

    VICE PRESIDENT - MOTIVE WORKFORCE

    Sarah was born and raised in Long Beach, California. She has a BA in Economics from UC Berkeley and an MBA from Chapman University. She is currently a partnerat MWS, a general staffing company, handling the daily and financial operations for the company. Sarah has been in the staffing business for close to 10 years and is passionate about marrying people to their next great opportunity. She enjoys mentoring, sports and athletics, exploring the outdoors, and helping her community.

    Barry, a Long Beach native, is the founder of Motive Workforce, a firm connecting high-tech talent with businesses nationwide. With over 30 years of experience and a personal journey in recovery, he launched Merge Opportunities to transform lives through employment.

    Barry’s career has been built on understanding both the needs of top employers and the journeys of individuals seeking new beginnings. Through Merge, he bridges these gaps, offering impactful workforce solutions.

    Outside of work, Barry is dedicated to community service and enjoys ultramarathons, often finding his best ideas while running in nature.

  • Shehab Mohammad

    Shehab, a Southern California native, is the head of NWF Advisory Group, a wealth management firm based in West Los Angeles. With 30 years of experience in financial services, he specializes in supporting high-net-worth clients and business owners.

    Shehab has served on several boards, including Optimist Youth Homes, where he was recognized as Mentor of the Year. He currently resides in Long Beach, CA, with his teenage daughter and is a UCLA graduate, Class of 1994. In his free time, Shehab enjoys staying active, is an avid sports fan, and loves traveling the world.

    Michael K. Nelson is the President of Advanced Charging Technologies (ACT), a forward-thinking leader in the eMHE &  eGSE charging sector based in Fountain Valley, California. With a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland, College Park, Michael brings a wealth of experience and a passion for innovation to his work. Over the years, he has built a reputation for his strategic vision and hands-on leadership, drawing from a rich career that includes serving as CEO/President of Power Designers USA LLC and Vice President of Business Development at Motive Companies. His early experiences in the U.S. Coast Guard instilled a deep sense of discipline, integrity, and commitment to excellence, values that continue to guide his approach to leadership today.

    He also loves his family and whiskey.

    As the President and CEO of Motive Companies, Bob brings more than 25 years of industry expertise and experience to his role. His visionary leadership is generating a dynamic new direction for the organization. With an eye to the future, his focus is on unifying and growing Motive’s distinct energy and infrastructure companies into one seamless EPC to deliver a one-stop shop for Motive’s customers.

    Bob is a serial entrepreneur who has had immense success growing his portfolio of companies and has sourced and integrated over 12 acquisitions since taking oversight of the group. He attributes a large portion of his success to pursuing business ventures with people he likes and cares about and treat him accordingly. As such, his extensive network constantly seeks him out with M&A opportunities.

    Bob’s competitive nature in business also manifests itself on the golf and tennis courts, and he enjoys motorcycles and boats. He also serves as a board member for Dream Street, Orangewood and Music Movement, and is active with Food on Foot.
